💼 About This Role

You'll lead client transformations using Kraken's Human Design principles and operating model. You'll drive hands-on, consultative implementations and ensure long-term operational success for clients. This role combines project management with change management to deliver truly magical outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client interactions through the BOT program lifecycle
• Guide delivery of Kraken programmes with clear milestones
• Mentor and coach client's OTO and internal teams
• Collaborate across Kraken and client teams to align delivery

• Exceptional project management skills across multiple clients
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify risks
• Proven influencing skills with senior leaders
• Deep technical understanding of Kraken's products and services
