You'll own the Agent Builder Experience at Credal, helping users harness frontier AI. Your work will accelerate operations for institutions like HHS and MongoDB, with end-to-end ownership of core products in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You'll engage directly with customers and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Agent Builder Experience for users of all technical levels.
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code quality strategy.
• Engage directly with customers to solve complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building software with a focus on frontend and UX.
• Strong React, TypeScript, NextJS, and Tailwind skills.
• High ownership from ambiguous start to clean finish.
• Customer-focused mindset and bias towards action.

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in Agentic AI and LLM applications.
• Experience in excellent engineering cultures like Palantir, Meta, Google.
