As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you will support the store leadership team in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and team performance to meet KPIs like customer retention and conversion rates. Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering quality in-store customer experience and training team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs (revenue, conversion, OPH, SPH, NPS)
• Ensure positive customer experience of services like piercing and engraving
• Manage inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment (in-store, phone, BOPIS), and back of house organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute campaigns, and monitor assortment performance
