Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering quality in-store customer experience and training team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
- Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs (revenue, conversion, OPH, SPH, NPS)
- Ensure positive customer experience of services like piercing and engraving
- Manage inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment (in-store, phone, BOPIS), and back of house organization
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute campaigns, and monitor assortment performance
