💼 About This Role

You'll lead the liquidity ecosystem for a leading global digital asset platform, owning relationships with institutional providers across APAC, EMEA, and Americas. Your core impact will be commercial growth through deepening partnerships and expanding the liquidity network. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution at the intersection of business development and trading infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms with Tier-1 market makers and OTC desks.
• Monitor liquidity quality metrics and improve execution performance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in institutional sales or liquidity management with 3+ in leadership.
• Track record of onboarding and managing institutional liquidity providers.
• Deep understanding of order book dynamics and market microstructure.
• Strong existing network across institutional trading firms and market makers.
