💼 About This Role

You'll steward strategic North American enterprise customers for JumpCloud's unified open directory platform. Your primary mission is to protect and grow a significant Book of Business through deep account engagement and proactive risk identification. This is a high-visibility role with C-level IT and Security executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own retention and growth of top-tier enterprise accounts
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and roadmap discussions
  • Analyze customer health data to identify risks and expansion opportunities
  • Align Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership on account strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS account management or customer growth
  • Managed a $10M+ ARR book of business with consistent quota overachievement
  • Experience with value-based sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN)
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred
