Description

Lead a talented team building a complex product suite using GenAI to transform legacy applications into modern, microservices-based architectures powered by MongoDB. Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product management to deliver a product that solves customers' most challenging application transformation problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development and operations experience with focus on building platforms and distributable software infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of software engineers
• Extensive experience in building enterprise-grade analytics systems for data streaming or data tooling
• Extensive experience with relational and document data modeling, hands-on with SQL and document databases
• Experience using GenAI in building complex large-scale systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
• Drive architectural vision and long-term technical roadmap for the Code Gen product suite
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and translate business requirements into designs
• Lead design and implementation of complex, mission-critical components of AMP’s code transformation toolset
• Champion engineering best practices through design and code reviews
