💼 About This Role

You'll own a book of customer accounts, handling L2 technical escalations and running benefit renewals end-to-end. You'll investigate issues and partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of accounts and L2 technical escalations
  • Coordinate benefit renewal process end-to-end
  • Run technical onboarding and product walkthroughs
  • Investigate technical issues and escalate to Engineering
  • Build documentation and resources to reduce repeat queries

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts
  • Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts
