Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at Midi Health, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause through a virtual-first telehealth model. You'll conduct quality visits that allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care, supported by a collaborative clinical team and user-friendly technology.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with evidence-based care
• Prescribe hormonal therapy, medications, and lifestyle coaching as appropriate
• Conduct patient visits via telehealth with time for listening and education
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders to support patient care
• Participate in weekly accredited clinical education
