You'll lead the vision and execution for customer-facing AI analytics within JetBrains Console. Your work will help organizations understand AI adoption across their teams and make data-driven decisions. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing AI governance space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for AI analytics within JetBrains Console
• Drive product discovery using customer research and telemetry
• Define analytics experiences across adoption, usage, cost, and impact
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data warehouse teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise software
• Experience building analytics, observability, or reporting products
• Technical background or hands-on experience with software development
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
