💼 About This Role

You'll become the financial architect of Groupon's Demand Engine, building models to turn marketing spend into provable incremental growth. You'll partner directly with the CFO and CMO to drive budget reallocations based on evidence and improve contribution margin through capital allocation. This AI-first role gives you high-leverage impact and executive exposure at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build integrated demand models linking customer segments and P&L
• Define marginal ROI frameworks and channel hurdle rates
• Standardize cohort-level LTV and CAC by channel and geography
• Lead demand-side financial narrative in weekly business reviews

📋 Requirements

• Senior experience in Strategic Finance, Growth Finance, or Marketing Finance
• Background in marketplace, ecommerce, or high-volume B2C
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions
• Track record of improving contribution margin through capital allocation

• Hands-on exposure to attribution and incrementality testing
• Strong data fluency and partnership with BI and Data Science
• Experience building demand finance systems end to end
