You'll join a 9-12 month residency program designed for recent PMHNP graduates, combining clinical experience and didactic learning to specialize in child and adolescent mental healthcare. You'll deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management in a collaborative outpatient setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment plans
• Work from clinic in Frederick, MD up to 3 days per week
• Meet with residency cohort supervisor to discuss progress

📋 Requirements

• PMHNP degree (recent graduate or within first year of licensure)
• Eligibility for Maryland licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Passion for child and adolescent mental health
• Commitment to 2-year employment post-residency
