You'll lead a local team overseeing facility operations, deliveries, and inventory for Gopuff. You'll drive improvements in key performance indicators like order picking time and cost per order. This role stands out for its entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and direct all facility operations including deliveries and inventory
• Drive improvements to KPIs like order picking and dwell time
• Ensure financial performance: budget, productivity, and labor expenses
• Train site leadership in expense and labor control

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced environment leading a workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record as a change agent improving processes
• Ability to work peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends/holidays
