You'll act as the Safety Net for our global sales squads, recovering canceled meetings and missed demos. You'll own the Rebooking Cycle to eliminate revenue leakage. This role is perfect for a high-velocity BDA who thrives on immediate outreach and rescheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute immediate outreach to rebook canceled demos
• Resuscitate no-shows within 5 minutes via phone/email
• Re-engage stale leads and dark accounts with persistence
• Audit interactions to ensure follow-up materials are sent

📋 Requirements

• Grit and polite persistence for re-engaging executives
• Live in CRM and calendar, first to notice cancellations
• High-level verbal and written English skills
• Proficient in CRM tools like Pipedrive/HubSpot/Salesforce

• Experience with automated scheduling tools (Calendly)
• Familiarity with dialers and phone systems
