• Strong technical foundation in AWS, .NET, Python, MongoDB
• Obsessed with delivery: ship, improve, own outcomes
• Comfortable moving fast, taking ownership, pushing for faster execution

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, production-grade features faster than traditional teams using AI-first workflows
• Build and optimize AI integration across all development stages (design, coding, testing, release)
• Improve velocity, automation, and team efficiency
• Mentor others on using AI as a multiplier across development
• Become a key driver of the AI-First engineering standard
