💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead the product and technology strategy at Nest Health, a mission-driven startup providing value-based care for families. You'll own the end-to-end platform strategy and ensure technology enables exceptional care delivery. This role reports to the CEO and impacts clinical and financial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead product and technology vision and strategy
• Own end-to-end platform strategy across EMR, CRM, ERP, and analytics
• Lead AI enablement and capacity building initiatives
• Build and lead technology, engineering, and product leadership team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product and technology leadership experience
• Experience in healthcare technology, preferably value-based care
• Track record of scaling technology teams from 75 to 200+ employees
• Deep understanding of regulated healthcare environments and compliance

• Experience with AI/ML in healthcare
• Background in building platform strategies across multiple systems
