Description

You will lead day-to-day finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while providing strategic insights to support the company's growth in AI and automation consulting.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of finance or accounting experience in dynamic organisations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
• Experience with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and cash management
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, GST submissions, and audits
• Drive month-end and year-end closing process
