Description

You will drive the launch of a new payment product from concept to production, managing end-to-end development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with vendor APIs and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years Business Analyst experience in financial services, preferably payments
• Proven experience managing distributed product development with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in requirements management, documentation, and change control
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning and release coordination
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams

Responsibilities

• Drive development of a new payment product end-to-end
• Manage core processing/backend and client-facing UX
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and scope
• Coordinate parallel development across multiple teams
• Analyze vendor documentation including API specs and integration guidelines
