You'll design and deploy credit strategies that balance growth, profitability, and risk for a leading provider of working capital to SMBs. You'll partner with Risk, Underwriting, and Engineering teams in a hybrid work environment based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy approval, qualification, and segmentation strategies
• Develop underwriting policies and credit limit frameworks
• Build pricing and interest rate strategies with testing frameworks
• Collaborate with manual underwriting and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial risk data science and credit strategy
• 3-4 years of MCA credit strategy experience
• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field

• ML Ops experience in production environment
