💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior Workday HCM/HRIS owner, designing and configuring business processes like Hire, Create Position, and Change Job. Your work will keep headcount and org data clean and auditable. This role offers the chance to impact identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Workday HCM modules including position management and security
• Design, configure, test, and deploy HCM business process changes
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Support integrations with benefits, payroll, recruiting, and finance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM/HRIS experience
• Deep experience in at least four of: Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Performance/Talent, Benefits
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and condition rules
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday initiatives
