You'll lead an exceptional guest experience at Alo Yoga's Prudential Center location, ensuring service-led sales and team coaching. You'll drive business results through data analysis and partner with operations and visual leads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead guest experience and coach team on product education
• Analyze reports to strategize and drive sales results
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Oversee Sales Service Associates and Cashiers recruitment and development

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• High energy and self-motivated
