💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered video security platforms, owning the full lifecycle from definition to launch. You'll close the gap between product strategy and engineering by making high-judgment prioritization decisions grounded in customer needs and business impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy across assigned product domains
• Write high-quality PRDs and lead core product rituals
• Partner deeply with UX/UI to shape intuitive user experiences
• Engage directly with customers to validate direction and gather feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience
• Director-level maturity with proven ability to work with technical founders
• Deep experience writing PRDs and running product rituals
• Strong engineering fluency without trying to be the engineer

• Experience in AI, computer vision, or machine learning
• Background in video technology, physical security, or camera ecosystems
