• Monitor work order pipelines and prioritize scheduling.
• Coordinate with Field Managers on job assignments.
• Arrange site access and escort requirements.
• Track part ETAs and align scheduling with Parts Managers.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of service scheduling or field operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with cloud-based scheduling platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Understanding of technician utilization and job costing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with parts logistics and ETA coordination.
• Experience with enterprise and national accounts.
• Knowledge of UPS or power generation systems.
