You'll play a crucial role in swiftly delivering closed loans to investors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Your core impact will be integrating package requirements from various stakeholders. This role gives you a powerful voice with the product development team to modernize the loan origination system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and verify closed loan packages for accuracy and compliance
• Deliver post close paperwork to warehouse lending partners
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing documentation
• Resolve investor-identified suspense items swiftly
• Register and transfer mortgages in MERS system

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in mortgage banking
• Knowledge of investor and agency requirements for loan delivery
• Experience with high volume data entry and validation
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and oversee loan production pipeline
