You'll lead people and operations for Data Quality Insights teams in Hyderabad, overseeing Accuracy Testing Research and Data Engineering. You'll balance hands-on operational leadership with broader people management, ensuring consistent execution and quality discipline. This role serves as the primary site-level leader, bridging frontline supervisors and senior leadership for audit-defensible outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Accuracy Testing Research staff and DQI Data Engineers
• Lead Data Engineering team in building pipelines and AI-assisted workflows
• Ensure workload distribution and monitor operational indicators
• Support audit preparation and remediation activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience managing employees across research or analytics functions
• Strong understanding of quality control and operational risk management
• Experience leading data engineers in an Agile environment

• Experience with GenAI concepts like RAG and prompt design
