You'll drive AI-native transformation of Roku's advertising business operations, designing production ML and agentic systems end-to-end. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational pain points into high-impact solutions, building LLM-based systems like RAG pipelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI-native transformation of advertising business operations.
• Design production ML systems including recommendation and anomaly detection.
• Build and scale GenAI/LLM applications like RAG pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Master's or PhD in CS, Math, Statistics or related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Experience building production ML and LLM systems.
