Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance concepts and actuarial applications
  • Technical proficiency with tech-forward methods in actuarial models

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance core risk adjustment reporting and forecasting models
  • Improve modeling infrastructure and develop automation/documentation standards
  • Develop recommendations for risk adjustment accrual setting and financial planning
  • Analyze trends across plan designs, providers, vendors, and markets
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
