Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track
- 3+ years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of health insurance concepts and actuarial applications
- Technical proficiency with tech-forward methods in actuarial models
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance core risk adjustment reporting and forecasting models
- Improve modeling infrastructure and develop automation/documentation standards
- Develop recommendations for risk adjustment accrual setting and financial planning
- Analyze trends across plan designs, providers, vendors, and markets
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
