💼 About This Role

You'll lead overnight operations at a 24-hour child care center on Toyota's campus, driving program quality and team performance. You'll ensure licensing compliance and curriculum excellence while building a strong, inclusive culture. This role offers a chance to shape a best-in-class early learning program from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead overnight center operations, staffing, and scheduling between 7pm and 5am
• Ensure compliance with North Carolina Child Care Licensing and Star Rated License
• Hire, onboard, and coach teaching staff to maintain high program quality
• Implement The Creative Curriculum® and NC early learning standards

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in early childhood education or child care administration
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• North Carolina Administration Credential (Level III preferred)
• Knowledge of NC Child Care Star Rated License system and quality standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing The Creative Curriculum® or similar research-based curricula
• Working knowledge of North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development
