💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the subject matter expert for payroll operations in Italy and France while managing employee queries and compliance. You'll ensure accurate payroll processing and act as a trusted advisor across the Geotab group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare, validate and process payroll per schedule.
• Handle employee enrolments and terminations for payroll.
• Review payroll period changes for accuracy.
• Process pay period adjustments as needed.
• Prepare internal audit reports for senior management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Italian and international payroll.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of payroll methodology, taxes, and employment standards.

• French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills.
