You'll own sales strategy, mentor AEs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale enterprise sales in a fast-paced environment.   • Manage daily activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
  • Build and optimize a repeatable sales process.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Account Executives.
  • Track and report key growth metrics.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading a team, preferably Enterprise.
  • Personal history of exceeding individual quota.
  • Experience with modern sales tools like Salesforce.
