You'll lead a team of Account Executives driving revenue growth for an AI Risk Decisioning platform used by banks and fintechs. You'll own sales strategy, mentor AEs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale enterprise sales in a fast-paced environment. - Manage daily activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
- Build and optimize a repeatable sales process.
- Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Account Executives.
- Track and report key growth metrics.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of professional sales experience.
- 5+ years leading a team, preferably Enterprise.
- Personal history of exceeding individual quota.
- Experience with modern sales tools like Salesforce.
