- Manage enterprise client portfolio from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with business objectives
- Drive product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies
- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
- Strong communication skills with C-level stakeholder experience
- Fluency in French and English
