🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of fraud operations analysts
• Define fraud operations strategy, roadmap, and operating models
• Manage chargeback disputes end-to-end to minimize losses
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk on fraud prevention

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fraud operations or payments risk
• 2+ years in a team lead or people management capacity
• Hands-on experience with fraud prevention platforms
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis
