• Distribute workflow to processing personnel
• Perform quality reviews and assist in evaluations
• Train and orient employees on company and facility procedures
• Monitor Reject Queue for corrections and follow-up

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of Central Processing experience
• Typing, keyboard, and computer experience
• Pass 90-day ROI Certification course with 85%+
