You'll work with leading global insurers to design and deliver innovative solutions to their most critical technology challenges across Digital, Data, and Technology. You'll drive large-scale transformation projects, including legacy system replacement and data strategy delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver technology solutions for global insurers
• Lead programme workstreams and manage delivery risks
• Gather client requirements and prioritise backlogs
• Support business case development for senior stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years on large-scale transformation programs in financial services
• Business Analyst skills with experience in requirement gathering
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field
• Experience with project/programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

• Working experience with AI tools or training AI Agents
• Experience in a multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environment
