💼 About This Role

You'll support the execution and delivery of complex satellite ground segment programs. You'll coordinate schedules, requirements, and vendor activities to keep projects aligned with objectives. You'll work with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver next-generation ground stations and mission-critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Assist in drafting and revising Statements of Work for procurements.
• Maintain requirements baselines and ensure traceability and version control.
• Track resource allocations and maintain resource forecasts.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in project or program coordination.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with satellite systems, ground stations, or RF equipment.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience with requirements/configuration management tools.
