💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with customers to make declarative changes in their Salesforce org and solution ideas to increase user efficiency. You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to realize a future state vision for assigned clients, while providing best practices advice and resolving requests within SLAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce orgs following QA and launch procedures
• Partner with customers to solution ideas that increase user efficiency
• Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration impacts or errors
• Complete standard Salesforce admin tasks like user setup, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards
• Build time-saving automations using Flows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
• 1+ years experience with Salesforce Automations including Flow
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
• Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end
