Description

You will manage and implement a variety of consulting projects, conduct building and fire code reviews, develop fire protection strategies and performance-based designs, and communicate with project teams and clients. This role focuses on solving complex safety challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Building Code and Fire Protection Consulting
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) highly desirable
• Client connections and ability to develop new business ("Doer Seller")
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement consulting projects on schedule and within budget
• Conduct building and fire code reviews, plan reviews, and site visits
• Prepare and peer review project-related technical reports
• Develop fire protection strategies and performance-based design approaches
• Communicate effectively with project team members and clients
