You'll define how our AI platform reasons at runtime and how autonomous systems make trustworthy decisions in production. You'll lead research across agentic reasoning systems and runtime intelligence, from task decomposition to verification and evaluation methods. This role offers the chance to shape the science of autonomous reasoning for enterprise-grade reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for agentic reasoning systems and runtime intelligence
• Architect infrastructure for researcher augmentation at scale
• Advance the science of autonomous reasoning through model training
• Drive research on agent reliability for regulated environments

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in CS, ML, AI, or related field
• 8+ years in AI/ML research with production impact
• Deep experience in multi-agent coordination, planning, or model routing
• Strong Python with software architecture instincts
