• Lead design and management of civil engineering projects
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates

• Mentor and develop less experienced team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer license in Minnesota
• 10-20 years experience in roadway design
• 5+ years experience managing multi-disciplined projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional registration in Wisconsin, South Dakota, or Iowa
• Experience with private utilities or industrial developers
• Experience with renewable energy infrastructure
