🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead squad rituals: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Manage backlog: write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Track and accelerate delivery velocity by removing blockers
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to deliver quality increments

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of product management or business analysis experience
• Experience in agile/scrum with tools like Jira
• Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience
