Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Hawaii state Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Experience in ABA services behavior analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians
• Lead group trainings and supervision sessions
• Uphold BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
