You'll provide technical support and front-end development for Shopify brands using the Okendo platform. You'll handle onboarding tasks, customize widgets, and fix front-end bugs. This remote role offers ownership over merchant success and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide chat and email support to merchants during onboarding and maintenance.
• Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setup on Shopify storefronts.
• Customize widgets and investigate front-end bugs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Contribute to internal technical documentation and escalate incidents.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SaaS and Hubspot or similar CRM.
• Experience with Liquid templating language.
