You'll craft and drive the vision for Klaviyo's internal development environment, treating developers as your customers. Your work will directly impact how quickly and confidently engineers build, test, and release high-quality products. You'll partner with Engineering leaders to enable faster cycle times and reduce incidents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set the product strategy for Klaviyo's developer environment
• Identify pain points across the PDLC and prioritize improvements
• Drive adoption of AI copilots and autonomous code agents
• Measure success via PR throughput, cycle time, and developer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Product management experience for developer platforms or tools
• Track record of improving engineering velocity and reliability
• Metrics-oriented with fluency in engineering productivity metrics
• Influential collaboration with senior engineering leaders
