💼 About This Role

You'll own a strategic product area focused on employee discovery and engagement at a fintech startup. Your work will reimagine core employee-facing experiences to help users understand and select benefits. You'll drive from early discovery through delivery with autonomy and high visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a strategic product area from problem definition through execution
• Reimagine employee-facing experiences for benefits discovery and engagement
• Define strategy and roadmap making tradeoffs based on user needs and business goals
• Lead product discovery and translate insights into clear product direction

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Manager experience with increasing ownership
• Experience at a startup or fast-moving environment with broad scope and high ambiguity
• Ability to own a problem space end to end from framing through delivery
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
