You'll design and build the operational foundation of our go-to-market organization from the ground up. You'll architect systems, data models, and operating cadences that power Sales, Marketing, and future GTM motions. This is a zero-to-one role where you personally set standards and create clarity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end GTM systems architecture
- Build and own CRM from first principles
- Define funnel stages and attribution
- Build forecasting models and revenue reporting
- Own commissions modeling and comp operations
๐ Requirements
- 4-8 years in GTM Ops or RevOps at SaaS companies
- Stood up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero
- Deep hands-on expertise with CRMs and data modeling
- Strong analytical rigor for forecasting and comp design
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-pricing SaaS
- Familiarity with AI/ML or developer-tools landscape
- Has hired and managed an ops team
