Description

You will lead transmission and interconnection analysis for utility-scale solar and storage projects, evaluating constraints, pricing, and curtailment risk to inform site selection and investment decisions. You'll manage analytical workstreams, coordinate with external consultants, and synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related quantitative field with power systems exposure
• 2+ years of relevant experience in power sector
• Experience with ISO/RTO markets (MISO, PJM, NYISO, ERCOT)

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and interconnection analysis across target ISO/RTOs assessing headroom, constraints, congestion, and curtailment risk
• Plan and execute analytical workstreams including third-party studies
• Perform power system analyses and market analytics translating results into commercial metrics
• Manage external consultants for technical and economic evaluations
• Synthesize complex analysis into decision-ready materials for senior leadership
