💼 About This Role

You'll develop advanced semiconductor deposition processes for next-generation devices at ASM, working hands-on with ALD and PEALD tools. Your core impact will be turning scientific ideas into impactful technologies through process development and IP creation. This role offers ownership of a precursor screening tool and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate the precursor screening tool
• Research and optimize ALD and PEALD thin film deposition processes
• Design and execute experiments with R&D program engineers
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues hands-on
• Author technical reports and contribute to intellectual property

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ALD and PEALD deposition technologies
• Experience with CVD or other thin film deposition methods

• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
