You'll work at the intersection of technology, law, and healthcare, driving innovative product launches and regulatory compliance for a leading healthtech company. You'll shape legal frameworks for sustainable growth and responsible innovation in a dynamic, international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise marketing, product, and sales teams on digital regulatory issues.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for digital products and services.
• Monitor and analyze new EU and German regulatory developments.
• Create legal guidelines, playbooks, and training materials.

📋 Requirements

• Full qualification as a lawyer (Volljurist) in Germany.
• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in IT, data privacy, or digital law.
• Strong understanding of digital products, data-driven business models, and technology.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in competition law, AI regulation, or platform regulation.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house tech company roles.
• Additional language skills, especially French.
