💼 About This Role

You'll join the Commercial Strategy Performance team within the API Business Unit at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. You'll track and analyze API product performance to drive pricing strategy and profitability. This role offers direct collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor revenue, market share, and profitability against OKRs
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time performance tracking
• Analyze customer behavior, pricing trends, and willingness to pay
• Conduct competitive benchmarking across pricing and offerings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, commercial finance, or pricing
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
