🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate sales opportunities and partner with GM on process gaps
• Oversee team to execute exceptional guest experience on sales floor
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Manage budget, reporting, and business metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladder
