You'll lead the newly unified sales organization following a merger of two industry-leading TMS platforms, driving predictable revenue growth and go-to-market execution. You'll build and scale the sales team from the ground up while personally closing the largest enterprise deals. This role offers a rare ground-floor opportunity to shape a category-leading logistics technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Act as player-coach, supporting SEs and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale the sales organization from the ground up.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 10 years in senior leadership.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems or logistics tech.
  • Experience scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
